Meet your tutor

Hi, I’m Zoe, the founder of Charles Education. With 24 years of teaching experience and a background as a qualified examiner, I help students master the skills they need for success in English Language and Literature. I know what examiners are looking for, and I use that knowledge to guide students clearly and confidently through their GCSE journey.

What sets my teaching apart is more than subject expertise.

I focus on building self-belief, creating a calm and supportive learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn without fear. My lessons are designed to meet each learner where they are, whether they’re aiming for a secure pass or pushing for a top grade.
